Make this year's Christmas extra special by allowing us to take care of the cooking and

planning (and the tidying up!) We pride ourselves in going the extra mile - our

wonderful pub can cater for an intimate dinner party of 2 or a good ol' fashioned knees up party of 92! We are passionate about giving our guests the best experience and can tailor a package to your bespoke needs.

Our festive party season kicks off in November and will run into the New Year with a festive sit-down two or three course dinner party menu. Our Bar area can be used as a semi private dining space seating up to 35 people or alternatively our main dining Restaurant can seat up to 55 people. If you're interested in a stand up function then our Festive Canape menu might just be for you, we can accommodate up to 50 in our Bar area or up to 85 in the main Restaurant.

Christmas Eve - 8am till 11pm

Christmas Day - 8am till 6pm (Diners only inside, drinkers under the stretch tent)

Boxing Day - 8am till 6pm

New Years Eve - 8am till 1am

New Years Day - 8am till 6pm

CHRISTMAS DAY BOOKINGS AT 12pm & 3pm only​​​​

For Festive Parties and Christmas Day bookings, our policy is that cancellations within 48 hours incur a deposit loss and anything on the day results in charging the meal at full price.

Festive Parties

A £10 deposit per person is required to confirm all bookings. Please note, a discretionary 10% service charge will be added to all parties. One complimentary glass of house bubbles per guest on arrival when redeeming festive offer. For Festive Parties our policy is that cancellations within 48 hours incur a deposit loss and anything on the day results in charging the meal at full price. All pre orders must be placed two weeks before your party with any dietary requirements stated. All communication regarding your party is to be made via email at hello@whitehartholybourne.com​

Christmas Day

A 50% deposit per person is required to confirm all bookings, with the remainder due on the day. Please note, a discretionary 10% service charge will be added to all parties.  All pre orders must be placed no later than the 1st December 2025, with any dietary requirements stated.
