Located at the heart of Holybourne, new owners Thanasi, Iulian and Nick have reopened the doors of The White Hart with some serious gusto! Holybourne has fantastic community spirit that certainly spills into their local, also attracting guests from further afield looking for a cosy night away in our six well appointed guest rooms.
Head Chef, Iulian Preda has produced a mouth-watering, locally sourced menu with decadent dishes such as pigs' cheeks on crumpet and staff favourite -spiced monkfish marinated in buttermilk and harissa in a lobster bisque.
With two open fires, The White Hart is the perfect setting for an indulgent country getaway, treating yourself to a bottle (or two!) of wine from our superbly curated wine list featuring owners' favourite, Meerlust Rubicon or local Cottonworth sparkling wine from Hampshire - perfect pairing with our favourite monkfish dish!
Our gorgeously green garden lends itself to the perfect summers evening! With an outside bar and pizza oven - we've got got all bases covered, all year round.
